Sweet Audrey - Freeform Wire Wrapped Gemstone Pendant

There is not a lot of instructions I can give on this as it is freeform wire wrapping.  The thing I find that sets this off and makes it a bit more special is the use of square wires.  With a little bit of twist, they add a lovely extra piazazz to the piece.

    1. Love personafied in this gorgeous rose quartz lovingly transformed into fab-wear by Helena. Audrey is one lucky and I might add very loving lady to Helena. Huge hugs to both of them. BJ

      1. Thank you so much BJ. Have had no real time to devote 100% to wire work this year (so far) but it was a real joy playing and working with wire. And Gemmies - of course!

    2. Wire wrapping is so soothing I think. Getting to play without being too much of a perfectionist like going around a rivoli. It takes more of a feel for the gemstone in your fingers. Maybe like imparing a bit of oneself into the stone. I think this is beautiful and I hope you get more time to play with wire wrapping. Always a hug being sent with the comment. BJ

    3. Hi BJ - you are so right. There is a freeing freedom when one gives over to just Allowing that comes as a natural part of free form wire wrapping. And paradoxically, as you say, there is more of imparting of oneself into the creation than when one does very structured beading (like round a rivoli). I think maybe more accurately, there is more of one's SPIRIT flowing into freeform. With detailed, structured creations, there is more of one's mind and effort that goes into the creation. If that makes sense?
Thank you for the hug BJ. Many Many Many hugs back to you :)
